Spacious & clean hotel, its location is best possible and reasonable really close to Very close to the Metro and the nearest coffee shop which is basically a croissant and coffee and shopping area and cafes. Great value for money and well-kept rooms complete with the bar as well as balcony. The rooms include safe for safety measures.

The room was small and old-fashioned, yet the wifi worked fine.

the hotel was excellently situated, in the heart of milan. the staff that received us was very friendly and helpful. the room was very spacious, everything was nice and clean, the bathroom was small but clean, and we got clean towels an sheets every day! breakfast was not included, but was available at a little coffee shop downstairs for 5 euros each (fresh croissant and coffee) i would definitely recommend this hotel to anybody, really good value for money.

The gentleman who worked here during the day was amazing, the room was spotless and we got new towels and soaps daily (even our clothes were folded!), it was a great deal (especially for Milan!), and it was very well located to go shopping in one of the city's main shopping districts. There were also plenty of quality restaurants nearby, not to mention it being right across the street from one of the best gelaterie (Grom) I have ever been too . I would totally stay here again, and would recommend it to my friends as well.
My only complaint is that the air conditioner was positioned so that it blew right onto my bed, so it froze me even though it was on a low setting (and I got a cough). :(

The staff at reception were friendly and smiling.
Finding the entrance was confusing due to poor signage. The room had a clogged drain. Noise levels were unbearable, with thin walls allowing sounds from neighboring rooms.

the location is perfect, stuff is helpfull, planty of good places to have an italian breakfast, all attractions and city center in walking distance.
I still thing that the price is a little bit too high for 1-star hotel, they take money for location (only), but it was still the cheapest out of the decent ones one in this area

The room was cozy and clean, typical for an older European hotel, but adequate for my needs. Donato's warm Italian welcome, and receiving tips on local hotspots was a nice touch.
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but you get what you pay for.

The location is good, it is about 20-25mins walk from the milan central station and in the middle of the shopping street. We felt safe staying there. They povided a clean, comfortable and spacious room for us.

A confusing start to our stay
The location is fantastic, nestled among shops on a lively avenue yet peaceful enough for a good night's sleep. The staff often offered smiles, blending warmth into the ambiance.
Finding the entrance was quite daunting, with misleading signage and an odd layout that left us lost. Our room was cramped and lacked adequate noise insulation-definitely not the most restful night.

Nothing to complain about, the venue met expectations, would recommend it. Fairly clean hotel, enjoyed to be just next door to centre thanks to marvellous and handy location. We stayed in a double room with a safe box, central heating and a work desk.
Hard to think of anything!

Steps away from the metro, porta venezia. There is a market across the street at the first traffic light if you walk in the direction away from the metro. The room is clean and big. The staff is friendly. We didnt try the breakfast because we got up too late. Lets just say I would stay here again.
