The staff at reception were friendly and smiling.
Finding the entrance was confusing due to poor signage. The room had a clogged drain, making it uncomfortable. Noise levels were unbearable, with thin walls allowing sounds from neighboring rooms.

The room was cozy and clean, typical for an older European hotel, but adequate for my needs. Donato's warm Italian welcome made me feel right at home, and receiving tips on local hotspots was a nice touch.
It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but you get what you pay for.

A confusing start to our stay
The location is fantastic, nestled among shops on a lively avenue yet peaceful enough for a good night's sleep. The staff often offered smiles, blending warmth into the ambiance.
Finding the entrance was quite daunting, with misleading signage and an odd layout that left us lost. Additionally, our room was cramped and lacked adequate noise insulation—definitely not the most restful night.

The single room was pretty cramped and smelled musty, which wasn't great. But, the area was lively and close to shops, which was a win. The bed was okay for a night, but not a plush experience. And yes, the air conditioning definitely needs an upgrade. Just a basic place, decent for a short stay.

I had a pleasant stay, and the place was clean with a comfy bed that made for an easy night’s sleep. I enjoyed the nice lounge area and a cozy TV room to unwind in after a long day. The only downside was that the bathroom could use a little upgrade, but it didn't take away from the overall experience. 😊
